Herndon, Va. (Jan. 26, 2012) – DigitalMailer, a leader in digital communication solutions for the financial industry, has hired Mark Milligan as Vice President, Sales & Business Development. Milligan will support the firm’s growing presence in strategic e-delivery products and services.
DigitalMailer’s technology expertise and full complement of online communication tools help credit unions and community banks deepen customer relationships and grow their business. Ron Daly, the firm’s President/CEO, says adding Milligan’s 25-plus years of experience in both domestic and international technology services will be put to good use in expanding those efforts.
“Mark has a strong background of helping companies effectively leverage technology to improve their financial performance and enhance customer service,” Daly said. “He has held sales and channel development positions with leading North American electronic bill payment and presentment providers, as well as e-document management solutions.” Daly says Milligan will assist organizations of all sizes in using newer communications channels to successfully compete with the largest institutions.
Previously, Milligan cofounded a global provider of electronic messaging services for international financial institutions. He also managed a London-based marketing and sales organization with offices in four countries, and participated in the launch of a UK company that offers e-billing services to finance companies and local governments.
