MADISON, Wis. – CUNA Mutual Group is hosting its first Discovery Webinar doubleheader on July19, and both are free.

Bill Klewin, director of regulatory compliance at CUNA Mutual, will present “Hot Topics around Lending Regulatory Compliance” at 12:15 p.m. CDT, followed by Brad Pricer, employee benefits senior manager at CUNA Mutual, presenting “Navigate Health Care Reform with Confidence” at 2:15 p.m. CDT. Attendees may call in for one or both of the webinars.

Klewin’s session will address lending regulation challenges faced by credit unions. He will focus on required changes to policies, procedures and data processing systems and his recommended best practices for keeping credit unions in compliance. Klewin has a great way of bringing clarity to confusing open-end lending requirements of Regulation Z. He has a unique blend of legal and practical experience, is nationally known for his knowledge of consumer lending and operations, and is recognized as the authority on multi-featured open-end lending.

He will also examine what to expect in the future and provide valuable tools and resources to get the information needed to stay in compliance and confidently communicate with employees.
