Driving the future of member experience: Sean Agustin named Chief Experience Officer

America’s Credit Union (“ACU”) today announced the promotion of Sean Agustin to Chief Experience Officer.

Agustin brings more than 19 years of experience in commercial banking and financial services. In his expanded role, he will lead enterprise experience strategy across operations, sales, marketing, and service delivery to support ACU’s growth and member focus.

As Chief Experience Officer (“CXO”), Agustin aligns people, process, and performance across all member facing channels. His priority is simple and consistent experiences that build trust, deepen relationships, and empower employees to deliver strong results. His leadership advances ACU’s commitment to member success and disciplined execution.

Agustin most recently served as Senior Vice President of Revenue and Commercial Operations at ACU, where he led commercial lending, business services, and marketing, with direct responsibility for revenue growth and market expansion. His career also includes leadership roles spanning frontline service, new accounts, business development, and commercial lending across community banks and large financial institutions.

Agustin began his banking career at age 17 at a community bank while studying mechanical engineering. That early hands-on experience shaped his people-first approach and practical understanding of how every role contributes to the member experience.
