Dutch Point Credit Union supports CU Kids@Heart All Ability Challenge!

WETHERSFIELD, CT (September 19, 2022) — Dutch Point Credit Union, Wethersfield, CT, once again showed their commitment to helping those less fortunate by supporting CU Kids@Heart All Ability Challenge.

The Dutch Point Management Team once again participated in the CU Kids@Heart All Ability Challenge.  Participants could run, walk, roll/race, cycle, set their challenge or perform a good deed while collecting donations.  Dutch Point team members walked to historic Old Wethersfield to perform a good deed by handing out gift certificates to town residents to support local businesses — Main Street Creamery and Aroma Bistro cafe.  Following the walk team members enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant.  President Charlyn Tanner stated, “Giving back is something that the credit union is committed to.  We promote causes and advocate for activities that have a positive impact to our community!  Performing a good deed was a fun way to raise money to support the Credit Unions Kids @ Heart in their mission to help children lead healthy and happy lives. Through staff, member and vendor donations the credit union raised $5,000.”
