Eglin Federal Credit Union is proud to celebrate the 30-year work anniversary of Belinda Borough, a valued and respected team member whose career has been marked by dedication, reliability and exceptional service.
SVP/Chief Payments Officer Dawn Oravetz shared, “It’s rare to find someone as dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated as Belinda. For 30 years, she has been a cornerstone of the Credit Union—always ready to help, always doing her best, and always making a difference. Known for her kindness, professionalism, and steady presence, Belinda has made a lasting impact across departments and among colleagues. We are very fortunate to have her as part of our Credit Union family.”
Belinda began her journey with the Credit Union June 22, 1995, as a Records Vault Assistant. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles, including Teller, Loan Counselor, Returned Item Representative, Executive Assistant, and most recently, Payment Systems Reconciliation Specialist. Her 30-year tenure includes experience across multiple departments and roles, reflecting a broad range of responsibilities and institutional knowledge.
Reflecting on her three-decade journey, Belinda said, “I’ve been blessed to grow with the Credit Union over the years and to work alongside so many wonderful people. Every role I’ve had has taught me something new, and I’m grateful for the opportunities, the friendships, and the chance to serve our members every day.”
