Elevations Credit Union announces Josephine Doyle as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director

BOULDER, CO (February 1, 2023) — Elevations Credit Union is pleased to announce that Josephine Doyle has joined the organization as its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director. Doyle brings more than 12 years of experience in organizational psychology and human resource management to Elevations along with a data-driven approach toward advancing institutional DE&I goals.

“We’re very excited to share that Josephine Doyle is joining our team,” said Tammy Teitscheid, Chief People Officer at Elevations Credit Union. “Josephine’s expertise in creating and promoting a safe and inclusive environment where people feel welcomed, valued, respected and heard will continue our organization’s journey.”

Prior to joining Elevations Credit Union, Doyle was Diversity & Inclusion Regional Manager North and Central America for Broomfield-based sustainable packaging solutions provider Ball Corporation. Additionally, her career highlights include lending her expertise to British-American multinational insurance provider Willis Tower Watson in New York and working as an independent leadership development consultant for Winsborough Limited in New Zealand.

“It was very important for me to join an organization that has set an incredible example implementing DE&I into its everyday work,” added Doyle. “I’m eager to build from that foundation and continue extending our commitment into our membership and the community.”

Doyle received her master’s in industrial organization psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology after receiving her bachelor’s in psychology and communications at Loyola University Chicago. She joined Elevations as its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director on Jan. 9.
