Employee Approved: BCU named top100 workplace for second consecutive year by Chicago Tribune.
VERNON HILLS, IL (November 12, 2013) — BCU has been selected as one of The Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplaces 2013. Ranked among the top 25 companies named to the list, today’s announcement marks the second consecutive year the organization has been recognized as a top Chicagoland employer.
The Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback through a survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
The list features the top 100 Companies in the region based on an employee survey measuring key qualities and best practices that make these companies great.
