Enacomm to speak on voice biometrics technology at PAYMENTS 2015 Conference

Says Enacomm Voice Authentication stops fraudsters from breaking into bank accounts and from sabotaging high-risk transactions
 
TULSA, OK (April 16, 2015) – Enacomm, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent customer interactions technology, today announced that it will join partner VoiceVault, which specializes in identity verification solutions for the financial services market, at the PAYMENTS 2015 conference. Enacomm and VoiceVault will be speaking on the use of voice biometrics in payments during an “end-user experience” session. The companies will also be showcasing Enacomm Voice Authentication™ (EVA), an application that enables reliable log-in and transactional authentication of customers from any phone, any time.
 
During the conference, Enacomm Chief Executive Officer Michael Boukadakis will sit on the panel, “Voice Biometrics in Payments: When, Where, How?” Julia Webb, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for VoiceVault, will moderate the session, which is set to explore the use of voice authentication in the call center for prepaid card holders and how cost savings are achieved while improving the customer experience. Additional panelists include Derek Top, Senior Analyst of Opus Research, and Steve Hoffman, Chief Executive Officer of SayPay Technologies. The session will take place from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21 in Room 225-227.
 
“Voice biometrics authentication is a critical piece of the payments security puzzle,” said Boukadakis. “While the transition to EMV-enabled chip cards will help thwart the production of counterfeit cards, card-not-present threats represent a major segment of the identity fraud crisis.”
