Ent promotes Information Security Executive

Colorado Springs, Colo. (October 14, 2014) – Ent Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Ron Kimball to vice president of information security. Kimball joined Ent in 2008 as director of information security, the organizational area focused on the protection of member data and the security of the credit union’s enterprise technology infrastructure.

Kimball has more than 24 years of experience in information technology with 14 years in the field of information security. He is an accredited Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) with the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.

Kimball has a bachelor’s degree in business from Wayland Baptist University and is completing the master’s degree program in security management at Colorado Technical University.
