FC Juárez faces Santos Laguna in a friendly match for the Raiz Cup

Crowds will be fired up next Saturday, July 5, for the first ever Raiz Cup, sponsored by Raiz Federal Credit Union. The FC Juárez Bravos will be returning to Southwest University Park for a friendly game against Santos Laguna before their 2025 Liga MX Apertura season begins.

As the official credit union and proud partner of the Bravos since 2021, Raiz is celebrating four years with a special halftime presentation. Match goers will be the first to hear about the new way they can rep their team while giving back to the community. Raiz President & CEO, Max Villaronga shared, “Juárez is our sister city, and that connection has shaped the unique, vibrant culture that we share. The Raiz Cup is bringing fans together from both sides of the border in celebration of that bond. At halftime, we’ll be introducing a new way to show support for each other that extends beyond this game and into everyday life.”

Throughout the game, match goers can visit the Raiz booth for games, giveaways, and a chance to win official Bravos merch. Raiz is encouraging all soccer fans to come out, show their spirit, and be a part of an exciting night. Tickets and more information about the match can be found at southwestuniversitypark.com. FC Juárez

FC Juárez is a professional Mexican football club in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, playing at Estadio Olímpico Benito Juárez. The pride of Ciudad Juárez, Los Bravos and Las Bravas compete in Liga MX, the top professional division of Mexican football. Started in 2015 as a second-division team in Ascenso MX, Los Bravos won the Apertura title in 2016 and earned a finalist appearance in each of the next two years. In 2019, FC Juárez partners acquired Puebla Lobos BUAP of Liga MX, enabling FC Juárez to compete as a first division team in the Mexican Football Federation.
