Financial Center invests in employee experience with new Vice President
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 20, 2024) — Financial Center, a leading Indiana credit union, is excited to announce the addition of a new position to its Employee Operations Team. Laura Birkenbeul has joined the organization as Vice President of Talent Development & Training. This role is centered around supporting the Credit Union’s ongoing commitment to building a vibrant organizational culture, focused on continuous learning and development.
Birkenbeul joins Financial Center following an impactful tenure as Director of Organizational Development and Communications for the Indiana Department of Revenue. Laura’s diverse experience in talent development, training, and digital operations makes her the ideal candidate to lead Financial Center through transformative internal growth.
