Every summer, Firelands Federal Credit Union (Firelands FCU) shows its support for 4-H members who dedicate countless hours to their projects throughout the year.
This fair season, Firelands FCU contributed more than $72,000 toward approximately 159 projects
showcased at the Attica Independent Fair, Crawford County Fair, Erie County Fair, and Huron County Fair. Of those projects, 49 exhibitors were Firelands FCU members or had direct membership ties.
Following each auction, all animal projects were donated back to the owners.
“These projects reflect the dedication and hard work of the kids involved,” said Brett Montague,
Firelands FCU’s President/CEO. “Supporting 4-H projects at the fairs is one way we can stand behind the kids and show them we are proud of their accomplishments.”
