First Capital Federal Credit Union members and employees hit the trail!

First Capital Federal Credit Union challenged its members and employees to hit the trail by taking a walk on UPMC Memorial Hospital’s new walking trail. To make it even more interesting, participants were tasked with finding the “target,” which was First Capital’s sponsored mile marker sign.

Challengers were encouraged to walk the trail with family, friends, and coworkers and take a selfie when they spotted the target. Employees and members had a great time and provided us with some excellent selfies.

“We wanted a unique way to get our staff and members not only engaged with us, but out exercising and enjoying the new walking trail,” said Lisa Barshinger, Community & Business Development Manager. “This allowed us to showcase our partnership with UPMC Memorial and give our staff and members a fun way to participate.”

At the conclusion of the challenge, we awarded a few lucky members and employees with gift bags that included a UPMC Walking Trail T-Shirt, a First Capital Water Bottle, a $5.00 Target gift card, and other First Capital swag.

Sorn Sahn, AVP of Business Services; Bobbie Ford, VP Member Services; and Sue Hilbert, Operations Manager participate in the Walking Trail Challenge.
