On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, First Capital Federal Credit Union welcomed high school students from across York County for the York County Alliance for Learning’s (YCAL) Career Exploration Day.
This program is designed to introduce students to the financial services industry to help guide them with future career decisions. Students took a tour of First Capital and learned about each department of the Credit Union. They also participated in a career panel discussion with First Capital FCU employees.
“We really enjoyed hosting these students and helping them learn about all of the different careers within the industry,” said Tara Houser Minetos, Senior Vice President of Marketing. “They asked a lot of insightful questions that will help them decide their future plans.”
