First LEED Silver Credit Union Branches in Indiana
Fort Wayne, IN January 15, 2011
3Rivers becomes the first Credit Union in the state of Indiana, and the first financial institution in Fort Wayne to achieve LEED certification for a financial facility. Certification was awarded for both the Dupont Road and West Jefferson retail branch facilities that opened during the summer of 2010. Strategic partner, Momentum, Inc., a national design-build firm, announced that the USBGC (United States Green Building Council) confirmed that both branches achieved LEED Silver certification.
