Waltman Will Assume the New Role, Effective Immediately

HOUSTON, TX (September 12, 2022) — First Service Credit Union announced today that Nolan Waltman has been named as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of the company. In this role, Waltman will focus on the company’s strategic growth objectives through sales, product development, and member satisfaction.

“Nolan has been an integral part of First Service for many years, and I’m excited to welcome him in his new role as Chief Growth Officer,” said Dave Bleazard, First Service President and CEO. “We look forward to leveraging his sales and leadership experience to position First Service for sustainable, long-term growth. I believe he’ll make an immediate impact on our executive leadership team.”
Waltman joined First Service in 2008 and has held numerous managerial positions, including branch manager, vice president of branch operations, and vice president of sales before taking on his current position of CGO. As CGO, Waltman will oversee the contact center, marketing department, and centralized sales team at First Service.
“I’m looking forward to building upon the success that First Service has seen in the past 14 years that I’ve been with the company and expanding our loan portfolio mix with other products,” said Waltman. “We also have some innovative endeavors that we hope to unveil inside our branches by the end of 2024 that will shake up the traditional banking experience by providing a new look and feel to the branches.”
Waltman serves on the board for the Houston Chapter of Credit Unions and is also a board member for eCU Technology.
