FORUM is pleased to announce several organizational promotions across various teams. Over the past two years, the executive team has diligently worked on a comprehensive succession and organizational plan to refine our structure for the future. During multiple planning sessions, three key factors were emphasized: aligning teams within the credit union to best serve our members, preparing for the anticipated retirements of several officers within the next 1 to 6 years, and maintaining FORUM’s strong culture of promoting from within.
