Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Examination and Enforcement Priorities

(April 10, 2015) — The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has become more active in terms of supervision and enforcement in a variety of areas since its creation following the financial crisis. In fact, there has been several high-profile enforcement actions, which underscore the risks associated with relevant regulations.

During this 90-minute session, host John Beccia will provide an overview of this rapidly evolving landscape and offer tips on what areas to watch out for in 2015 and beyond.
