Gesa Credit Union welcomes Megan Wiseman as new AVP of Retail Sales and Services
Strategic hire underscores Gesa’s commitment to providing a robust department and consumer offerings
RICHLAND, WA (July 23, 2024) — Gesa, a community-focused credit union, today announced the addition of Megan Wiseman to its leadership team as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Retail Sales and Services. With nearly two decades of experience in retail banking, Wiseman’s hiring demonstrates the credit union’s continued focus on its retail offerings and optimizing its member experience.
In her new position, Wiseman will spearhead branch operations and team leadership, focusing on delivering exceptional member service through coaching, development, and providing additional support to those she oversees. Her work to deliver operational excellence and drive organizational success will assist the Retail Sales and Services department in reaching its strategic goals. As the credit union continues to grow across the region, Wiseman will lead the opening of new branches, spearhead growth in new markets and enhance service models.

Wiseman began her career 19 years ago, and since then has held nearly every branch position, demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day credit union operations.
