Georgetown Kraft Credit Union promotes staff
GEORGETOWN, SC (June 9, 2015) — Georgetown Kraft Credit Union is pleased to announce the following promotions and new employees to our staff.
Helping our members with affordable financial products and sensible money solutions is at the heart of what we do. Giving access to all products and services available to them and understanding those services is key to financial success.
GKCU is pleased to announce the development of dedicated Member Service Representatives at each branch. Each MSR gives one-on-one help and support that is needed in opening new accounts, adding additional services to accounts and answering questions about products that best fit the members’ needs.
Member Service Representatives are: Georgetown: Claudine Drayton (Sr. Member Service Representative); Andrews: Melissa Poindexter; Kingstree: Shannon Carroll and Pawleys Island: Kimberly Birt.
Elizabeth “Libbie” Lewis has been promoted to Vice President of Office Operations. She oversees branch operations to create and ensure proper execution of uniform procedures for all branch staff, manage staff training, and deliver quality member service. She also monitors branch expenditures while keeping high standards of delivery for all of our members. Lewis has been with GKCU since June 2014.
Nikki Ewing has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, overseeing all the marketing and promotion of GKCU’s branches. She is responsible for a comprehensive marketing plan to promote credit union services, as well as represents GKCU with public relation efforts such as financial management classes to community groups and schools. Ewing has been with GKCU for 13 years.
Being named to Head Teller positions are Betsy Cusack in our Georgetown office; Marilyn Moore in our Andrews office and Jessica McCarren in our Pawleys Island office. Also Tara Squires has been promoted to full time teller in our Georgetown office and joining our staff are Nancy McKnight (teller – Andrews office) and Anna Eaddy (teller – Kingstree office).
