Golden 1 Hires New Vice President of Financial Services

SACRAMENTO, Calif., October 10, 2012 — The Golden 1 Credit Union announced that Peter W. Snyder has been named Vice President of Financial Services. In this role, he will lead the credit union’s Investment and Insurance Services Departments. Snyder is returning to the credit union; he led the Golden 1 Financial Services team as Vice President and COO from 1989 to 1997.

Snyder has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he was the COO at Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union, and later served as President and CEO of Snyder Consulting Solutions, LLC. Snyder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Fresno.
