Hanscom FCU salutes top performers on Hanscom AFB

HANSCOM AFB, MA (February 22, 2019) — Executives and volunteers from Hanscom Federal Credit Union attended the 66th Air Base Group annual awards ceremony on February 1, 2019, at the Minuteman Commons on Hanscom Air Force Base. The credit union contributed $3,000 to support the ceremony.

Col. Chad Ellsworth, 66th Air Base Group commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Henry Hayes, 66th Air Base Group command chief, presented the winners with their awards. Thirty nine nominees competed in 14 categories, which included awards for airmen, officers (commissioned and non commissioned), and civilians.

“We have a strong, longstanding relationship with the Air Force community, and we’re always pleased to show our support for the achievements of the military personnel, as well as civilians, serving our country’s interests,” said Paul Marotta, Hanscom FCU’s Chairman of the Board. “We congratulate the winners and thank them for the hard work they’ve put in to make Hanscom AFB a better place for all who work and live here.”
