Heritage Federal Credit Union announces new and improved online, bill pay, and mobile banking
NEWBURGH, IN (June 10, 2014) — Heritage Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that they have successfully launched an innovative and improved online banking system for their members complete with new products, services, and security features to make home and mobile banking more efficient, secure, and user friendly.
Heritage Federal Credit Union’s new online banking system, Net Teller (provided by Jack Henry and Associates®), delivers improved service to members by providing:
- Enhanced Security by Utilizing Multi-Factor Authentication (includes unique security image feature and personalized security questions)
- New Bill Pay Features (including the ability to receive eBills from vendors)
- Transfer Money Between Member Accounts
- New Financial Management Tools (with Personal Finance Manager, members can see their accounts or investments with other providers as well as utilize sophisticated budgeting tools to track and manage spending)
With the addition of Mobile banking, (provided by Access Softek®), members can use their mobile device to enable balance inquiries, bill pay, transfer of funds between a member’s own accounts, and person-to-person transfers via PayPal™ to other individuals. Mobile RDC (Remote Deposit Capture - provided by Bluepoint Solutions®) allows members to deposit checks directly to their checking account from their phone.

Mobile banking and Mobile RDC has produced even greater results. Over 9,300 members have enrolled in mobile banking since its inception and we have processed more than 3,500 deposits since mid-March, which were double our expectations.
