Honor Credit Union supports Bridgman Foundation for educational excellence

ST. JOSEPH, MI (May 15, 2014) — Continuing their dedication of reinvesting in educational systems, Honor Credit Union is proud to support the Bridgman Foundation for Educational Excellence.  Honor CEO Scott McFarland presented a check for $500 to Bridgman Foundation Chairman Bill Crowder at Signature Toyota where Bill is also the General Manager.  Also donated were Honor golf towels that will be handed out to every participant at the Bridgman Foundations’s annual golf outing this May.

The Bridgman Foundation for Educational Excellence exists to enhance learning opportunities in the Bridgman Public Schools.  With a mission to provide Bridgman students the best opportunities to learn, The Bridgman Foundation for Educational Excellence supports projects that provide students with materials and programs they otherwise would not have access to.  One such program provided iPads and protective cases to every second grader for the 2013-2014 school year.  Donations like Honor’s make it possible for the Bridgman Foundation for Educational Excellence to continue the implementation of educational projects that will improve the learning experience for Bridgman students.

Honor Credit Union is proud to serve more than 41,000 members over fourteen counties in Michigan.  Providing solutions for financial success and giving back to the communities they serve remain the driving forces behind Honor Credit Union.  For more information call 800.442.2800, or visit www.honorcu.com.
