Nicole (Nikki) Carter has been promoted to branch manager and leader of Ideal Credit Union ’s Eagan office . Carter will coordinate branch operations and take an active role in the Eagan community. Prior to her promotion, Carter served as Supervisor of Cash Services at Ideal’s Woodbury branch. She has also worked as an IRA Specialist, Tartan Student Branch Advisor, Contact Center representative, teller and in Special Accounts. Carter joined the Ideal team in 2002 and has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. The Eagan office is located at 3225 Denmark Avenue, next to Home Depot.
Carter is a regular volunteer at the credit union’s Second Harvest Heartland packing nights and Ideal CU- sponsored MN Brain Tumor 5K events. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being at her cabin and spending time with family and friends.
