In Memoriam: RTN Federal Credit Union Board Member Joseph Donlin

WALTHAM, MA (November 18, 2020) — RTN Federal Credit Union Board Member Joseph L. “Joe” Donlin, passed away on November 16.

Donlin served on RTN’s Board of Directors for more than sixteen years and was an RTN member for 47 years. He retired from Raytheon Corporation in 2019 after 45 years of service.

Donlin was a volunteer with Medford Little League and the Boy Scouts for several years. He was a member of the Irish American Club of Malden and a long-time member of the Kingston Veterans Club in Kingston, NH where he served as Sergeant-at-Arms, Treasurer, Vice President, and recently President.

“Joe was dedicated to the Credit Union’s mission and served as a long-time Board member,” says Richard Wright, RTN CEO and Treasurer. “He had a big personality and warm heart. We fondly remember his singing the National Anthem at many of RTN’s Walk Home events and his Santa added holiday cheer to many Member Appreciation Day events. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Linda and the Donlin family during this sad time.”
