Inspire FCU names new additions to executive staff for 2020

BUCKS COUNTY, PA (January 17, 2020) — Inspire Federal Credit Union (https://www.inspirefcu.org) a leader in banking and financial services, announced two key executive appointments.

Brian Phillips has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Relationship Development. Phillips joined Inspire Federal Credit Union in 2015 and most recently held the title of Vice President, Relationship Development. Phillips has established a successful track record in organizational growth and development. Among his new responsibilities will be strategic oversight of member facing areas such as lending, marketing and business development. “Brian is a highly qualified leader that brings passion and energy along with demonstrated success,” said Inspire FCU President/CEO Jim Merrill. “He represents the Inspire brand and the values of the organization extremely well.”

Judith Bauer will join Inspire Federal Credit Union as Vice President, Lending. Bauer brings with her over twenty years’ experience in the credit union industry. Bauer’s expertise includes consumer and real estate lending, collections, compliance, marketing, audit, quality control and training. Judy will be responsible for managing and growing the consumer lending area as well as coaching and leading the lending team. “Judy is an exceptional and proven leader. Her leadership experience combined with her long track record of success in lending will be pivotal as Inspire continues to grow and expand our lending in the Bucks County community,” said Merrill.
