The Atlanta Journal-Constitution partnered with employment research and consulting firm Energage for the 10th straight year to determine the 2020 rankings for Atlanta’s Top Workplaces. They surveyed 285 companies that employ a combined 76,528 workers in the region, gathering responses to 24 factors covering areas of organizational health and workplace culture. A company’s ranking is based on the results of those confidential employee surveys, the final list divided into three categories based on the number of people employed in the region (with a minimum of 50 employees to be eligible).
