Jeanne Bliss to serve as keynote speaker for Loyalty Live

CHICAGO, IL AND REDWOOD CITY, CA (January 8, 2015) — Jeanne Bliss is a worldwide keynote speaker, engaging company leadership and their teams on how to drive customer centered growth. Bliss has led customer experience management programs for Lands’ End, Coldwell Banker, Allstate, Microsoft and Mazda. The Chief Customer Officer and  I Love You More Than My Dog author and CustomerBLISS president will serve as the keynote speaker for Loyalty Live, the premier Voice of the Member conference for the credit union industry.

Bliss will present “The Five Decisions of Beloved and Prosperous Companies” to help credit unions go behind the scenes to understand the decision making that goes on inside beloved companies. Credit union participants will begin the process of understanding how decisions create culture and its impact on members, employees and growth and prosperity.

The Loyalty Live Conference will be held March 4-5, 2015 at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix and will offer credit unions an opportunity to explore the latest best practices in Voice of the Member programs to drive financial growth and deepen member relationships. A Credit Union Net Promoter® Certification Course will also be offered on March 2nd and 3rd at the same venue.
