Jeanne D’arc Credit Union opens new Lowell branch; Announces exciting summer clinic for Lowell youths
LOWELL (June 13, 2014) — Following a day that included a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday for its new state-of-the-art branch at 581 Merrimack Street in Lowell, Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announced its sponsorship of the exciting Football for You non-contact football clinic in Lowell.
The one-day clinic will be coached by New England Patriots Alumni players and is free of charge to Lowell boys and girls, ages 11-14, of all skill levels. It will be held on July 11 at the Cushing Athletic Complex at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The clinic is non-contact and will have a strong focus on leadership, sportsmanship, nutrition, and strength and conditioning.
“We are thrilled to team up with the New England Patriots Alumni organization to offer this program to Lowell youth,” said Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. “It will be an exciting day for everyone involved.”
Jeanne D’Arc’s new Lowell branch is located diagonally across the street from its former Lowell site, and provides members with increased access and greater convenience. The 15,000-square-foot, three-story branch is a full-service operation with two drive-up teller windows, two 24-hour access drive-up ATMs, and a walk-up ATM. It also offers teller stations, member service offices, flat-screen televisions, and a coin machine. Its residential and commercial loan center is located within the branch, adding to the convenience for members.
“We built this new branch office to enhance our ability to serve our existing members and to continue to offer a competitive, alternative banking solution to area residents,” Mr. Cochran said.
Lobby hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Drive-up window hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Loan center hours are the same with additional times available by appointment.
