Jolt Credit Union names Rebecca Swanson 2020 Deborah L. Frisch Employee of the Year

SAGINAW, MI (December 16, 2020) — Rebecca Swanson was chosen as the 2020 Deborah L. Frisch Employee of the Year. Annually, credit union management staff selects one employee that has displayed exceptional work performance; service to the membership and dedication to the credit union goals.

“The Deborah L. Frisch award was established to recognize the hard work of staff members like Rebecca,” stated Alan Watson, CEO. “It makes me very happy to see her recognized this way. We are all proud and grateful to have Rebecca on our team.”

“Having worked with Deb for 12 years, I had the privilege to learn and know, firsthand, the amazing character and integrity Deb displayed for herself and expected from her team,” said Rebecca Swanson. “She always led by example and I am humbled with gratitude and respect to receive the Deborah L. Frisch Employee of the Year Award. I will forever cherish this honor because of its namesake and also the incredible individuals I get to share it with.”

Rebecca has been employed at Jolt for 22 years and is currently the Mortgage Department Supervisor. As part of this award, Rebecca was able to choose the non-profit organization of her choice to receive $1,000. She chose Major Chords for Minors, which builds better children through music.
