Jones named Colorado Springs Rising Star
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (April 7, 2015) — Security Service Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Rebecca Jones, Colorado business development manager, has been named a 2015 Rising Star by the Colorado Springs Business Journal. “Rebecca’s leadership within the workplace and our community has proven indispensable,” says fellow manager, Barbara Martin.
In addition to growing business for Security Service by 10 percent in her market, she is actively involved in community, serving on committees for the Women’s Foundation of Colorado Springs, Better Business Bureau and Pikes Peak United Way. She also teaches financial literacy classes for Junior Achievement.
The Business Journal’s Rising Stars program is the leading award recognition for young professionals in the Pikes Peak Region. This year, 27 of the best and brightest young professionals under age 40 were recognized for making a difference at their company and within Colorado Springs.
