Through his address, attendees will learn how Mulally’s innovative leadership drove Ford to sustained success and how to translate his ideas into growth strategies for credit unions.

In addition to his work at NYU, Williams helps organizations create innovative products and processes as a fellow at Frog Design and he authored the best-selling bookDisrupt: Think the Unthinkable to Spark Transformation in Your Business.

Williams will show attendees how to develop disruptive strategies and implement unexpected solutions. Conference attendees will leave Williams’s lecture motivated to transform their behavior, their institution and the entire credit union movement.
