Kids-N-Hope Foundation raises $13,000 in its Summer Purse & Power Tool Bingo

Fundraising Efforts Support Local Pediatric Health and Life Services

PHILADELPHIA, PA (July 22, 2026) |

The Kids-N-Hope Foundation (“The Foundation”) raised $13,000 in its second Purse & Power Tool Bingo event of 2026. 185 attendees enjoyed a night full of bingo, raffles, and time with friends and family all while supporting The Foundation’s mission to fund music therapy programs and other child life services for local hospitals and not-for-profit organizations, such as Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (“CHOP”).

Attendees played twenty rounds of bingo in total, for a variety of designer purse and power tool prizes. This month’s Bingo event also highlighted The Foundation’s 30th anniversary. American Heritage’s President & CEO, Bruce K. Foulke, started The Foundation in 1996 to support pediatric health and life services throughout the surrounding communities. To date, The Foundation has raised more than $5.1 million and supported more than 10,000 children.

“We want to express our sincere gratitude to all our participants and volunteers who supported this month’s bingo event,” stated the Foundation’s Founder and Chairman, Bruce K. Foulke. “We are so grateful to everyone who continues to support The Foundation’s mission to fund local pediatric health and life services, especially Music Therapy. Your generosity helps us live out our mission and allow these critical services to be continued for our community. We hope to see you all at our upcoming Cow Chip Bingo & Community Day in September!”

The Foundation’s next event in September will also feature a game of bingo, but in a different format. Community members and Foundation supporters are encouraged to stop by its Cow Chip Bingo & Community Day on Saturday, September 12th. Attendees can purchase a bingo square in advance and win a cash prize, as determined by the four-legged guest. The day will also feature vendors, food trucks, kids’ activities, and much more. The Foundation will also host its final Purse & Power Tool Bingo of 2026 on Friday, November 13th.
