This is an exciting new opportunity for a senior executive to be a part of the strategic leadership of the organization and report directly to the CEO.
The credit union has a field of membership that serves individuals living, working worshipping or attending school in Los Angeles County, California as well as residents of Lake Havasu, AZ.
The primary purpose of this position is to enhance member engagement and assist LA Financial Credit Union by providing outstanding leadership while connecting with key business partners to drive a frictionless member experience strategy. Develop a highly effective team of employees through coaching and ensure that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members.
The CRO will use the brand strategy as a compass to determine the service strategy and ensure a consistent experience to members across all delivery channels & touchpoints, manage and build a sales/service culture within the retail banking structure and to provide full compliance to state and federal regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Executive management experience within the financial services industry
- Clear strategic vision for the future of member experience
- Collaborative mindset to communicate that vision and strategy
- Digital innovation and operational efficiency background
- Commitment to monitoring changes and advancements to enhance service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Master’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
