Lake Michigan Credit Union hires Al Zelinski as Senior Vice President of Commercial Loans

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (June 11, 2014) — Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to announce the hiring of Al Zelinski as senior vice president of commercial loans. Zelinski will join LMCU’s Traverse City, MI office.

A Traverse City native and +25-year finance industry professional, Zelinski previously worked for First of America Bank, Traverse City State Bank and First Community Bank.

LMCU’s Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, Mark Hoffhines, is excited to have Zelinski’s background and skill set to draw upon. “Al is a Traverse City native with a wealth of local banking and finance experience, and is incredibly well-connected. His lengthy history of community involvement and thorough knowledge of the local business climate make him a valuable asset for LMCU as we explore commercial lending opportunities in northwest Michigan.”
