Lake Michigan Credit Union hires Sharon Waldecki as a Mortgage Loan Officer
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (July 23, 2015) — Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to announce the hiring of Sharon Waldecki as a mortgage loan officer serving West Michigan and Florida.
Waldecki has broad experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. She has been a licensed general contractor, giving her in-depth knowledge of home construction and renovation building and financing. She also has a background as a realtor in Kalamazoo, MI and in small business commercial lending, property development and management.
Waldecki has also made a name for herself in Florida. She has owned and operated a successful mortgage bank in Naples, FL, as well as Grand Rapids, MI, where she specialized in sales and new product marketing and development. In Florida, she also has experience in investment property acquisition, development, renovation and rental management.
