Life CU begins new credit union website design to improve brand image

Life Credit Union is partnering up with design agency BloomCU to create a beautiful new credit union website design that will stand out from the pack and better serve their members. The new site will launch this summer.

Life Credit Union has a unique membership base—they cater specifically to healthcare industry workers in the Nashville area. Their new website will reflect this, with imagery and branding that celebrates healthcare workers and all the good they do. However, not only will the branding be more specific and appropriate for Life’s members, the new design will also be stunning, sleek, and modern. The photos, color scheme, and overall design will be chosen with great care by BloomCU and Life, resulting in a site they believe will attract more members and borrowers.

Each decision on the site is being made using detailed research. Currently, Life CU and BloomCU are conducting card sorting exercises to make sure that the credit union website design is appealing, easy to use, and quick to navigate. Other types of usability studies will follow.

The new credit union website will also receive a major update in terms of technology. Included on the docket is real-time search and a chatbot that interacts with users and helps answer questions.. Also included is personalized content based on data about users’ interests and browsing behaviors. For example, a user who has visited the auto loan page will see suggested content about auto loans, such as blog posts, FAQs, etc.
