Luminate proudly announces the promotion of Jennifer Plaisance to Executive Vice President of Finance. With 21 years of dedicated service to the organization, Plaisance brings a wealth of experience and deep institutional knowledge to her new leadership role.
Since joining Luminate as a Staff Accountant for the Credit Union Cooperative Branching (CUCB) network, Plaisance has advanced through key financial positions including Financial Accountant for CUCB and the Louisiana Credit Union League (LCUL), Director of Accounting, Controller, and most recently, Vice President of Finance and Administration.
In her new capacity, Plaisance will oversee all aspects of Luminate’s financial strategy and operations, with a strong focus on driving innovation and growth in the company’s financial services.
In her new role, Plaisance is eager to expand the reach and impact of Bright Balanced Solutions, Luminate’s latest joint initiative. “What excites me most about this new role is the opportunity to grow Bright Balanced Solutions and move beyond simply preparing financials to leveraging them as a powerful tool for insight, informed decision-making, and shaping the company’s future,” said Plaisance.
