The MD|DC Credit Union Association has announced the appointment of new leadership for its board of directors.
Kristin Shultz, President and CEO of Spectra Credit Union, has been named the new Board Chair, succeeding outgoing Chair Laura Eacho. The 2025-2026 executive officers are:
- Chair: Kristin Shultz, President/CEO, Spectra Credit Union
- Vice Chair: Jeff Goff, CEO, WSSC FCU
- Treasurer: Vicki Johnston, President/ CEO, Nymeo FCU
- Secretary: Becky McKenzie, President/CEO, WEPCO FCU
Board election results, announced at the Association’s annual business meeting in June, included the election of the following to Directors At-large for three-year terms:
- Tonia Niedzialkowski, President/CEO, Point Breeze Credit Union
- Dave Sweiderk, President/CEO, SECU of MD
- Rick Wieczorek, President/CEO, NIHFCU
- Joseph Sparacino, Board Treasurer, SkyPoint FCU (Volunteer Director)

The Association’s Board consists of 13 Directors. The remaining Directors are:

- John Hamilton, President/CEO, MECU Credit Union
- Laura Eacho, EVP/Chief Operating officer, Educational Systems FCU
