The annual award recognizes CUSOs who exhibit excellence and innovation in utilizing the collaborative model to bring new solutions to the credit union industry. The CUSOs are judged on criteria such as their ability to:

• Bring value to the industry, their owners and credit union members;
• Exemplify thought leadership and critical thinking;
• Demonstrate innovation in the design, implementation and execution of business processes;
• Create value through collaboration and innovation in organizational design; and
• Show results, outcomes and performance.

MDT has a unique understanding of its clients and the daily demands and challenges they face. Since being founded in 2003, the CUSO has steadily grown to now serve approximately 115 clients across nearly 30 states. MDT has always been an advocate of wider industry collaboration. The CUSO offers two annual events for credit union clients and partner technology vendors to have strategic discussions on industry trends and business challenges. MDT is also involved in larger industry initiatives such as Sheltered Harbor, which supports financial institutions in the event of a major cyber incident.

“Our goal at MDT is to be more than just a technology provider to our clients; we want to be a trusted partner who they can lean on for strategic guidance and support in the good times and bad,” said Larry Nichols, president and CEO of MDT. “We are honored to be recognized by NACUSO for our commitment to bettering the credit union industry and encouraging our clients to be innovators and reach their full potential.”

MDT accepted their award on April 16th at NACUSO’s Network Conference in San Diego, California. For more information on NACUSO and the organization’s awards visit:
