ROANOKE, VA (July 7, 2015) — Shana Meadows has been promoted to Vice President Risk Management at Member One Federal Credit Union. Shana assumed her new role in July 2015.

Shana has been with Member One since 2003 serving in various capacities. She began as a Senior Account Representative at the Southwest Retail Center and was soon promoted to an Assistant VP Branch Manager a year later at the Vinton Retail Center. In 2006, she was promoted to VP Branch Manager in Vinton, followed by the Main Office Retail Center. In July 2010, Shana was promoted to VP Card Services, a position she held for 3 years. In 2013, Shana was asked to lead in the role of VP Member Service, which she held for about a year until she was moved into the role of VP Product Development, which Shana held along with various other roles to assist with Member One’s core computer system converesion, including Member Contact Center Manager. Her most recent promotion of VP Risk Management will entail overseeing Member Solutions, Fraud/Quality Assurance and Compliance/BSA(Bank Secrecy Act).

She is looking forward to her newest position of VP Risk Management and the opportunity to work with a talented group of individuals. “I am confident that together we will achieve extraordinary results, Shana said.”

Shana is a native of the Roanoke Valley and attended Averett University.
