Reid Lundeen will serve as Vice President of Lending and Nick Groulx will serve as Vice President of Channel Delivery.
As Vice President of Lending, Reid spearheads lending initiatives that benefit MFCU and their members by educating and empowering lending leaders and teams through strategic, data-driven thought leadership.
Reid previously served as Assistant Vice President of Lending, where he was responsible for helping coach the lending team on providing the highest level of service to members. He also updated the lending policies and procedures and managed the loan decision program. He has been in the credit financial industry for 25 years.
As Vice President of Channel Delivery, Nick sets multi-channel strategy and delivery to ensure that business, branch, and team goals are achieved, in order to provide an exemplary level of service to membership.
He most recently served as the Director of Member Experience at Arbor Credit Union where he led new market of retail branches in Grand Rapids, MI and set strategy for the contact center, retail digital services and branch operations. Nick has been in the credit union industry for over 22 years.
