Details:  Twenty-five teams of entrepreneurs will compete in the second-annual Greenlight Business Model Competition on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Created by Spartan Innovations and MSUFCU, in collaboration with LEAP, Prima Civitas, Michigan State University, and the Michigan State University Innovation Center, this event serves as an opportunity for entrepreneurs and students from all over Michigan to pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges. Winners have the opportunity to win up to $50,000 in prizes, with a grand prize of $25,000. In addition to winning prizes, these entrepreneurs will get the chance to network with angel and capital investors from throughout the state, providing opportunity to get their startup ventures off the ground.

The schedule of events is as follows:

3:00 p.m. Registration and Networking

4:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. Finalist Pitch

6:45 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Networking and Judging

8:30 p.m. Winners Announced
