Mid-Atlantic Corporate announces 2014 Board Election and Officers
MIDDLETOWN, PA (June 26, 2014) — Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union announced the results of the board of directors’ election during its 38th Annual Meeting on June 20. The event was held at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel in Harrisburg, Pa.
The following incumbents ran unopposed and were re-elected to the board to serve three-year terms: Abby Kiebach, Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union in Lancaster, Pa.; Joan M. Moran, Department of Labor Federal Credit Union in Washington, D.C.; and Michael P. Pastirik, United Community Federal Credit Union in West Mifflin, Pa.
Officers for Mid-Atlantic Corporate’s board of directors were elected as follows: chairman, Michael P. Pastirik, president/CEO of United Community Federal Credit Union in West Mifflin, Pa.; vice chair, Joan M. Moran, president/CEO of Department of Labor Federal Credit Union in Washington, D.C.; treasurer, David B. Whitehead, Merck Sharp and Dohme Federal Credit Union in Chalfont, Pa.; and secretary, Brian J. Vittek, Destinations Credit Union in Baltimore, Md.
The following individuals were re-appointed to serve on Mid-Atlantic Corporate’s supervisory committee: Richard C. Burtnett, representative of Belco Community Credit Union in Harrisburg, Pa.; Abby R. Kiebach, CEO of Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union in Lancaster, Pa.; Lisa Johnston, CFO of Patriot Federal Credit Union in Chambersburg, Pa.; Mark Volponi, CFO of USX Federal Credit Union in Cranberry Twp. Pa.; and Lois Profili, President/CEO of First Eagle Federal Credit Union in Owings Mills, Md.
