Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union announces 4th Quarter 2013 Chairman’s Award Winner
KINGSTON, NY (February 4, 2014)—Nancy Palatucci has been awarded the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union Chairman’s Award for TALENT as announced by Gary Anderson, Chairman of the Board. Anderson maintains the value of the award is to encourage employees to go above and beyond, and acknowledge employees’ dedication and commitment to MHV.
TALENT is an acronym that represents the winning attributes of Top Performance, Availability, Leadership, Energy, New Vision and Teamwork.
The Chairman presented Palatucci with the award to the applause of directors and management at the January 29 board meeting.
“MHV is very proud of its employees for their daily commitment to both internal and external member service,” says Anderson. “It’s important to let employees know just how much they contribute to the success of the credit union by awarding those who consistently make the extra effort to go above and beyond.”
Palatucci began her career with MHV 2.5 years ago as System Support Specialist in the IT department. She is responsible for providing oversight and ensuring effective operation of MHV corporate technical systems.
Palatucci’s performance over the past year has been a great benefit to MHV and its members. Starting as a new employee, she quickly took charge of support for our lending applications and handled multiple projects under tight time constraints successfully with accurate deliveries.
As Palatucci’s manager, Vice President of IT, David Kellogg states, “Nancy is recognized by her pears as a great team member who has helped all of us out.”
Palatucci is a graduate of MaristCollege with a Bachelors degree in Communication Arts / Certification in Systems Analysis & Design.
