Mishelle Cauldwell named United Federal Credit Union Rogers Avenue Branch Manager

ST. JOSEPH, MI (June 15, 2015) — Mishelle Cauldwell has been appointed to the position of branch manager at the United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) Rogers Avenue Branch in Fort Smith, Arkansas. In her new role, Cauldwell will be responsible for providing operational leadership to branch staff, including staff development and retention, and growth of branch sales performance.

A 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, Cauldwell was previously assistant branch manager of the UFCU branch in Alma, Arkansas, where she supervised branch staff in areas including scheduling, maintenance of daily operations, process improvement, check cashing decisions and other member exceptions. Cauldwell’s prior experience includes assistant branch manager, member service advisor and teller duties at UFCU’s Rogers Avenue branch, in addition to a variety of financial industry positions in the Fort Smith area.

A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Cauldwell studied business the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith.  She resides with her family in Crawford County, Arkansas.
