Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union hires Germantown branch supervisor; promotes Rockville supervisor, sales/service manager

Williams named Germantown supervisor, Gomez promoted to Rockville supervisor, Morillo to head sales

GERMANTOWN, MD (May 1, 2015) — Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union (MC EFCU), a Montgomery County, Md.-based full-service financial institution, announces the appointment of Ivette Williams as Branch Supervisor of its Germantown location. Williams, who has nearly 10 years of banking experience from her work with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of assigned personnel involved in performing member transactions in the Germantown branch office of the credit union.

In addition to the new hire, MC EFCU has also promoted two Rockville branch employees: Teresa Morillo, from her former position as Branch Manager to Sales and Service Manager; and Marlany Gomez, from Member Service Specialist to Branch Supervisor. Morillo is now responsible for the management of the branch’s new accounts, products and services, and assists in the overall operation of the branch. Gomez’s new responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the activities of assigned personnel involved in performing member transactions in the branch office.

Morillo has been MC EFCU’s branch manager in Rockville since November 2013. Prior to that, she was with the Educational Systems Federal Credit Union, where she was a training and operations specialist for more than 10 years. As for Gomez, she has extensive experience in credit union customer service. Before her employment at MC EFCU, Gomez worked as a call center representative at the Marriott Employees Federal Credit Union for two years.
