Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union receives NAFCU marketing award
GERMANTOWN, MD (February 18, 2014) — Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union (MC EFCU), a Montgomery County, Md.-based full-service financial institution, recently won the National Association of Federal Credit Unions’ (NAFCU) 2014 Marketing Award for “Best Lending Promotion.” The recognition highlights innovative and successful promotions by credit unions like MC EFCU.

MC EFCU’s winning entry “Cash Grab Home Equity Promotion” offered members 100% loan-to-value, 1.99% introductory APR, no closing costs and approvals in less than seven days. MC EFCU’s promotion of its Home Equity product helped the credit union exceed its original 12-month balance projection for the program.
The award will be presented at NAFCU’s Strategic Growth Conference on March 4-6 in Venice Beach, California.
