MSU Federal Credit Union welcomes Robin Eubanks for Blue Mondays

EAST LANSING, MI (November 20, 2014) — MSU Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce its next Blue Mondays concert to be held at MSUFCU’s Headquarters on December 1, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. The event will feature jazz trombonist, Robin Eubanks, who performs with his groups, EB3 or Mental Images, and with the critically acclaimed Dave Holland Quintet and Big Band. He has recorded seven albums as a leader, featuring his original music.

The Blue Mondays series is part of the MSUFCU Jazz Artist in Residence Program, which invests in the MSU College of Music’s curriculum and the community. This partnership also serves as a means to enhance high school and middle school music programs across the state. Members can RSVP to Blue Mondays by visiting www.msufcu.org/specials/contests. Spaces for this event are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

“We’re pleased to host our final Blue Mondays concert of 2014,” said Patrick McPharlin, MSUFCU’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “These concerts have continued to grow since the program’s inception last year, and we look forward to offering them to even more members in the future.”

Eubanks will also perform on December 5, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. at the Fairchild Theater in MSU’s Auditorium. This concert is open to the public, and tickets may be purchased at www.music.msu.edu.
